PAN AMERICAN GAMES RADIAL TRAINING CLINIC

Arrive: Saturday, October 9th, 2010 to Puerto Vallarta International Airport

Accommodation: Provided by ISA
Boats: Provided by ISA. Tillers, rigging and sails are NOT provided.
Coaching: International Sailing Academy Coaches and/or other guest coaches
Extras: The international sailing academy will provide food all week for participants. All participants have access to windsurfers, mountain bikes, surfboards and the gym.

INTERCOLLEGIATE NEW YEARS 420 TRAINING CAMP

Coaching: ISA coaching staff
Daily Plan: After waking up and having breakfast, the first part of the day is morning fitness where participants can choose between surfing, windsurfing, mountain biking, or attending the local gym as a group. All activities are provided by ISA. Lunch will follow morning fitness and then participants will gather for briefing. On water training will take place all afternoon and will be followed by dinner and video analysis of the training session. Theory and race tactics will be covered before relaxing for the rest of the evening.

LASER/RADIAL CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS TRAINING CLINIC

High performance training camps will be taking place at ISA between December 20th, 2010 and January 9th, 2010. The purpose of this training is to make improvements on sailor’s weaknesses from the 2010 season in order to prepare for the winter regattas and 2011 season. Please come and join the training on whatever dates fit your needs. Contact ISA for reservations.

Coaching: Laser Standard Rig coaching is provided by Chris Dold and Vaughn Harrison while Tania Elias Calles will coach the Radials.

MEXICAN MASTER’S TRAINING CAMP AND MEXICAN MASTER’S CHAMPIONSHIPS

Mexican Master’s Championships: The regatta will take place on the last three days of your stay – Friday to Sunday. ISA will provide on water coaching to sailors competing in the regatta and tactics will be discussed each day after racing.

All activities are provided by ISA. Lunch will follow morning fitness and then participants will gather for briefing. On water training will take place all afternoon and will be followed by dinner and video analysis of the training session. Theory and race tactics will be covered before relaxing for the rest of the evening.
Friday – Sunday: Mexican Midwinter’s Regatta. On water coaching will be provided by ISA. Video will be taken of the starts and many other components of the race that will be analyzed as a group after racing each day.
Extras: The international sailing academy will provide food all week for participants and transportation to and from the airport. The regatta entry fee will be paid by ISA.

Price: $2500 all inclusive – boat rental, accommodation, coaching, food and regatta entry. If participants choose to find their own nearby accommodation, prices will be adjusted accordingly.

LASER/RADIAL HEAVY AIR PRE-SEASON TRAINING CLINIC
